i was absolutely thrilled to stay at this hotel, but the lack of clean pools and communication from staff was disappointing. to top it off, i didn’t even get the complimentary upgrade i deserve. absolutely unacceptable. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t. what a shame for a supposedly high-end establishment!

Stunning ocean views from my room were breathtaking.
The check-in process was infuriatingly slow. it took forever to get our room ready after we arrived. The staff seemed overwhelmed by our arrival. we noticed that there were limited dining options available during peak hours, and the service was lacking promptness, which added to our frustration.

The staff provided outstanding service. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was delectable, especially the themed buffets. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning, creating a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. having easy access to the nearby beach made our experience even better.
We did encounter noise from maintenance work during the night.
